The restaurant is the place in which the tradition and the territory combine in a dish. While having a glass of local Negroamaro red wine or the “ciceri e tria” pasta with chickpeas, we introduce to you our products and the history of Salento. We try to keep the old grandma’s recipes: a tasty, genuine and authentic cooking. The main character is our organic olive oil, the gold of Salento, which flavours the legumes, dresses the bruschetta, glides on tomatoes, and brushes the tongue in the end.
