The menu of the day offers many local dishes as follows:


Homemade starters

(Potato croquettes, ‘arancino’ stuffed rice balls, fried cheese fondue, marinated mackerel,

pitta’ potato pie, focaccia bread with turnip tops, focaccia bread with onions, baked peppers, aubergine rolls, aubergine caponata)


One first course among the ones of the day

(Aubergine ‘Parmigiana’ , Taglieddha (rice with potatoes and mussels), Sagne ncannulate (twisted homemade pasta) with tomato sauce and ricotta cheese, Orecchiette pasta with turnip tops, Ciceri e tria (Homemade pasta with chickpeas and fried pasta), Cavatelli pasta with beans and mussels, Orecchiette pasta ‘alla leccese’ (with tomato sauce and meatballs)

One main course among the ones of the day

(meatballs in tomato sauce with scamorza cheese, horse meat in tomato sauce, broad beans and chicories, stuffed aubergine, pork steak flavored with herbs, pork fillet in Negramaro red wine sauce, sautéed mussels )
